Anyone got the installation disk for this DVD-RW drive?

I can't find a driver on Google and my Windows ME laptop isn't seeing it as an RW drive.

Windows ME or your burning software?

I don't belive Windows ME had any way of telling a RW from a generic CD drive...

Hmm... check the install discs of the burning software, it might have ASPI drivers on their as an optional package...

Sorted now - thanks.

Needed to re-install Nero for it to load the aspi driver.

Np. You might want to do some quickie upgrades to your machine if possible (RAM) and look at getting an old OEM copy of Windows 2000 on instead of ME. It's a bit stabler and a lot of software is appearing without Win9x support these days.

Still either way it's time
