Simulating email inboxes

[Leftie]

Does anyone know how easy it woud be to simulate an email inbox?

For assessing staff skills I am thinking about creating a CD which downloads into MS Outlook a couple of dozen challenging emails with a 'community' of 12 fictitious work colleages (complaints, requests for meetings, requests for opinions/advice etc), for them to generate responses.

It would need to be standalone, and capable of outputing the emails they write in response from the 'sent box'.
