Tasteful or not

I'm thinking about putting a couple of Ferrari shield badges from Eurospares on the front wings of my 328. Some cars seem to have them and some not. Sometimes I think they add to the car having seen them on others' vehicles but every now and then I feel that they are a bit naff. What's the score then, all views appreciated.

If you put them on, make sure they are the metal ones and not plastic.
On a 348 the proper metal enamel ones were a (£1000..) factory option, standard on some models (like the 348GTC). The wings are recessed to take them.
Decent metal replicas are available that are thinner so it not necessary to recess the bodywork - they look good but are not as cheap as the plastic ones (we are talking a couple of hundred easily).
Edited to add: Personally (and just my 2p) I don't think these cars need them, there are plenty of 'pure Ferrari' details on our cars already.
