DOHC V8

With the Rover v8 being such a popular,long lived engine, particularly to people who want to tune them, I am suprised that nobody has come up with a DOHC kit for them.I would have thought that with the number in circulation and the type of usage they get that this would be a good seller and would bring a nice boost to the performance figures for the engine.
Has anyone ever tried it ,TVR??? before they built their own ,Just curious why its not been done, or if it has why its not succeded???
