Newbie to TVR - T350 Red Rose spec please

Hi guys,

I am a new and recent owner of my first TVR........a 2004 T350C Red Rose in Titanium Silver
I've had the car for around 6 weeks, and I'm loving every minute of it! The only problem is I can't stop driving her!

Some help needed please..........I'm struggling to find any detailed information on the Red Rose spec

I believe it has the Tuscan injectors, a larger bore exhaust (centre section), uprated brakes, suspension and a slightly lighter shell ?????? Does anyone know any further info. i.e. what's different about the brakes and dampers, how have they lightened the shell?

I have a factory owned T350C RR and would also be interested in what the 4k was spent on in the red rose conversion.

I've since spoken to the service manager who remembered my car very well as it was the one on Top Gear and he said mine was fully blue printed as well but not sure if they did this to all rr conversions. He also said that particular one was just under 400 Bhp but i cant see it being as powerfull as a sag although it does rev to 8k.

Not all Red Roses were the same. Some people opted to forego the lighter bodyshell in exchange for the close ratio gearbox for instance. You probably need to track down the original owner if they specced it or if not the dealer who originally supplied it.

The dealer I purchased from confirmed that mine had the lighter shell, and stated that the RR versions produce 370-390bhp, depending on the car.

Again, I can not find any further info on the claimed power output or the affect on performance . The only published data I can find is on the standard car.

A the time, a figure of 375 bhp was what the factory offered.
