Hard ride

Does anyone else find the ride in the Tamora really hard. I feel every pebble in the ride and and bumps i go over sends my head crashing against the roof (when it's on). Is this just the way it is on a Tam with standard shocks or should it be a little smoother?

The ride is certainly firm but should not be hard.

Get it up on a ramp to see if you need the suspension raising with spacers to get it off the body stops.

Mine needed this at the 12k service - very common problem apparently.
