It is two seats as any other Esprit... 2.2 refers to the motor as it is a 2.2 liter engine.

I have never seen a 2+2 Esprit.

...and the JPS model was only produced for the S2 Esprit. Some S3/Turbos were stickered up to look like JPS cars, though.

In a word, no! Not a very good pic, but the seats both slide up to the bulkhead, you've got enough space for a map or maybe a slimline cd player.

When i was a nipper, we used to get my Dad driving, my 2 brothers and myself in an Esprit, sometimes we used to go and see my grandma up in Norfolk with the dog, a black labrador.

Easy!! We always managed to fit into the passenger seat with no worries at all. What a practical car.

The worries would start with your unrestrained brother decapitating your father on his way out of the car following a totally unexpected high speed (over 30mph) collision. Believe me, you only have to tell one mother that her son is dead to carry some of their pain forever. Please don't anyone ever be tempted to travel with anything the car wasn't designed to carry.
