Roof rubber seals/edging

I have a '98 Chimeara which is in mint condition. Except. Except that the rubber edging around the roof is starting to look slightly the worse for wear (I AM picky!!!)

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to obtain the replacement for this. And,also if the velcro tape is available (that fastens the edge of the roof down)?

Some silicone spray on the rubber helps it last a lot longer and look better too.
