Doh.
Wandering around the space free zone around Cannon Street trying to find a slot in a bay now that Swan Lane is no more, and managed to quite literally drop the bike while turning around.

Picked it up to discover the front brake lever had sheared off. Apart from a couple of scratches to the mirror and one fairing panel, this was the only damage, but just how effing scarey is riding the damn thing without a front brake? Only a few hundred yards round the corner to Square Mile, but still...

on a not entirely unrelated topic, does any one have any recommendations for a breaker who can supply bits and bobs for a 97 P plate CBR600F

Sh!t. Sorry to hear that mate. Did you find a spot? I park next door to Cannon Street station...Laurance Poutney hill. It gets busy, but it's rather quiet.

Got a space on College Hill on the third pass. I dropped it on Gophir Lane, next to the curvy bike bay
Lairy Yellow CBR600.

ETA Actually I dropped it right next to your bike. Guess I cant read signs either What the heck time do you get there then? I've cruised that bit at 8.15 before and its been full...

I'm usually parked up by 06:45.....I don't sleep very well!! Must admit, there's a few people that must leave their bikes there overnight.....which is a bit off eh??!!
