I'll drop in next time I have the chance for a game. What maps do you usually play? I'm by no means an expert but I think I can hold my own 
. Never did manage to get the hang of that grenade & gravity gun trick, though.

Our current map cycle is:
dm_lockdown
dm_powerhouse
dm_lostvillage
dm_biohazard
dm_swamplight_final
dm_vault
dm_zeta_prefinal
dm_fortress_f1
although we have a lot more maps on the server than that so if you have a particular favourite and any of the [AgC] are online request it and you may just get lucky.

No Overwatch? Shame 
The gravnade trick is a source of constant annoyance to me (mainly 'cos I can't do it properly). However, I since learned that some people appear to be using a keybind script to automate and speed up the process - the lamers. Frankly, I'd rather develop strategies to overcome the gravnade, rather than use a script myself, which I think is akin to cheating.

I know what you mean about the gravnade trick being annoying, but if you can't beat them join them! One stratagy to use against it is to catch the 'nade as it comes over, this resets the fuse on it and allows you to lob it back - however it's by no means easy!
Some people do use a keybind script(or at least they did, I think the last patch may have made it impossible) and agree it is totally lame. However I know a lot of the decent players across Europe (a lot of them seem to be on our server quite a lot) and none of them ever use this kind of script, they get as good as they are by lots of practise - [PiC]Noodle once told me that to get as good as he is he'd spent about 2 months playing 12 hours a day!
Unfortunately some of us have lives so will never get that good! 
Overspam is on the server but not in the rotation as a number of our guys can't stand it, I on the other hand am quite partial to a bit of RPG whoring!
