Does anyone know what Ford the drive shafts are from ? or Ford part number ?

I was told they were the same as Granada Scorpio

Would have thought that was unlikely, surely would be from a modern front wheel drive Ford.

Would be interesting to know as I had mine replaced recently after only 10k miles at a cost of £750!

yikes Holy crap I have a pair of custom GpA rally shafts (with new CV's) made for less than that !!!!

I don't actually - sorry.

Ring the factory parts department, they should be able to tell you. Official noble parts aren't the prices they used to be now they have volume - I paid just £120 for a new set of front discs recently.

Apparently, the driveshaft was £450 direct from Noble and the rest of the cost was fitting.....

Is that shaft only ? i.e. without CVs.

What happened? Did you snap a shaft in half?

Graham,
The driveshafts are complete with cv joints.
l have found the Ford details now and prices so problem solved.

Driveshafts are Ford Mondeo V6 1992-2000

Righthand 1023213
Lefthand 1023211

Part no's were in the build manual !

Thanks for that Kevin - rather as suspected from the Mondeo then.

Would like to know what has happened to those unfortunate enough to have to change them.
