Was not going overly fast when I saw blue lights behind me.

Traffic BMW X5, unmarked BMW X5 with lights in grill and another Traffic BMW X5 all in a fast moving convoy.

Any ideas what it was? Just curious but they cut through the traffic like a hot knife through butter....

Was in Wiltshire on the road between Seend and Trowbridge - Wiltshire Police headquarters are in Devizes and there is a new station nearby in Melksham.

Have to say the X5 does not look overly stable at high speed but is quite a sight bearing down behind you (I did slow down from 60 to let them pass off course).
