Anyone recommend a good speeding lawyer ?

Friend has recieved a letter in the post asking to confirm his detials adn the driver - he was targetted by a laser by the look of it (although he has not logged on to check evidence) but he was not pulled over. Does anyone know of a good solicitor who specialises in these cases at all ? I know from past experience that he should ask for the calibration of any machinery adn the proof of when it was carried out - especially as the laser method has proved to ahve been highly unreliable in past cases in ascertaining the correct speed.... they have him a t 104 mph on the M4
