Anyone in lettings / advice on domain name
Discussion
I have sat on a domain name for a while now and had a basic site working that allowed landlords/agents to post their properties to let. I was working off a credits based revenue model rather than anything else e.g. paid advertising.
The domain name is toletonthe.net which I thought had a certain quality to it - but I'm not too sure now - any comments? (note the site is not up at the mo)
I could just get a searchable directory together of letting agents seperated into commercial & domestic and by regions - add in some ppc advertising and drive some traffic there. I know that is easiser said than done!
Any ideas what to do?

Your potential customers, both landlords and tenants will be asking themselves the same question:
What's in it for me?
There are plenty of sites where you can advertise properties as a landlord and search for flats/houses/rooms as a tenant - you have to offer them something that differentiates your site from all the others out there.
If you can find that USP and you can drive a decent amount of traffic then I think you have a reasonable site concept, otherwise I think you'll struggle in an already pretty crowded marketplace.
