No,

but there is a 41k 4.5l engine & gearbox from a 96 reg car on ebay.

Currently with 3 days to go, its at £720.

Item no 190028112983. Sounds cheap at the moment.

Also plenty of short engines, new, on ebay from 3.9, through 4.0 and 4.5. Worth a look!

John Eales is your best bet,he charges £1450 +vat for a 4/4.6 brand new fully balanced short motor and they even have valve cutouts for high lift cams which standard Land Rover engines don't.
