Dash LEDs and main beam
Discussion
Hi all
Drove my new (to me) 350 in the dark for the first time the other night.
Two things immediately became apparrent...
1) the LEDs on the dash (for heater and lighting controls) are really bright and quite distracting - I am suprised they don't dim when the lights are switched on - should they?? Anybody figured out an aftermarket fix for this if not?
2) main beam is totally useless, going to main beam seems to have the effect of throwing light to the sides of the car but not illuminating the road ahead any more at all - dangerous really on the unlit country roads I drive on much of the time - obviously adjustment should help but what should my expectation be? Can the main beams be made to work well enough?? Or am I on a hiding to nothing... any tips re. how to adjust them would also be welcome!!
On the plus side - drove with the Targa panels removed yesterday - awesome!!
I've only done about 200 miles since I bought the car but I am getting the hang of driving it now - it's awesome...
Cheers,
Jerry

You can adjust the brightness of all the lights (just the one setting for all) from 0-100 or whatever in the menus. You can set different levels of brightness for lights off/sidelights/headlights. I find I need the setting quite high for all as if I'm driving in sunlight I need the dials to be brighter to read them.
