My T350C is in for its 1st year service having covered 3500 miles. One fault the dealer has highlighted is that the Wishbone bushes need replacement and that this would not be covered under warranty. Advice please on if you think I should make a stand for this to be covered?
Thanks.

it would all depend on what warranty you have, either a 3rd party or full TVR, currently TVR offer 2 options, 1 being full wear and tear so on that one i would expect it would be covered .... 3rd party ones is normally only failures and not wear and tear

He's got a factory 3 year warranty - its a nearly new car.
Personally I'd get very upset about this - bushes don't wear out after one year unless they're faulty or there is something wrong with the car.

Not seen the warranty T's & C's but it is the TVR 3-year warranty supplied on a new car delivered 1st Sept 05 on 55 plate.

I have the same warranty and would be a bit displeased to put it mildly if I was told it did not cover a failure of a component after a year. I would consider bushes that go after a year to be a failure-not wear and tear.

Thanks, I'll press that point when I get the next update from the garage.
