Hi all...

Is anyone going to this?

I've been given the following information and am considering wandering down - perhaps just for one day?

It's taking place next weekend 16th/17th in Newport on Saturday and Ryde on Sunday. Over 200 hundred cars expected for each day from all over europe and its free to enter.

Wightlink ferries are doing a special ticket price for classic cars for the show. Everything will be there from Austins to Zonda's(hopefully) plus some huuuge trucks apparently. This years theme is Haunted cars!

Call Wightlink on 0870 582 7744 and quote C.C.R for a discount

Note that if you wish to display your car you have to book it in first (I shall try to get the organiser's number asap)

I've just called Wightlink they said a car and up to 4 people is £45.10 - and we can travel any time after 10am on friday through to tuesday.

I've just found a PDF of their flier... It looks like a day trip only to me but may be better than sitting around twiddling your thumbs! (Esp if the weather's nice )
