Advice please

my brakes will be needing a bit of attention soon,

what pads would be good for my trevor T350, are the standard AP racing pads good enough or are there pads with a better 'feel' but still durable,

and what brake fluid? as i cooked the fluid at knockhill at the weekend. ooops
