I was idling along in the outside lane, overtaking a wagon that had just pulled out of a side road onto the dual carriageway, when I noticed the headlights behind me, right up my arse.

I pulled back into left lane and a cheeky little Clio sport roared past me.

As it was 05.30 and little traffic on the road, I'm affriad to say temptation got the better of me and I speeded up a little.

I caught him at the next traffic lights, we put boot to floor on green and I thoughly enjoyed watching him struggle to shake my beast in his rear view mirror - even though I was being cautious as the road was damp with early morning dew. I would have overtook him but he was struggling that much, he was using all the daul carriageway.

At this point, I eased off at let him go.

Should I have resisted temptation? It was a laugh, but when speeds reached silly levels I'm pleased I had the sense to back off - after all, I don't want him or me to go spinning off into a hedge.

How many of us resist the urge?

I was in Bradford the other evening in my skoda favorit!
The lilac M3 pulls up alongside with young asian driver. I rest my elbow on the window sill and give him a stare! Bugger me if he doesnt see this as a challenge. At green his wheels scream and off he goes. I slip into first and gently pull away.
Whos the fool?
Yeh ok hes got an M3 but was I really a challenge?
I nearly wet myself
