ISP's in Singapore?

[Jamassey]

Morning

This is a long-shot, and a last-resort posting.

I need a new ISP in our Singapore office, preferably with good peering to the USA - San Fran to be precise. (The current one adds 200ms to the latency, with the route it takes)

I'm finding it very difficult to get one - we manage their network out of London & Boston, so no 'on the ground' knowledge.

Any recomendations?
