With the weather getting worse, every time after it rains my lights have terrible condensation on the inside. Does this happen with anyone else? It's not just after I use it but any time it rains... I had one resealed a few months ago but it makes no difference. Any advice anyone? Thanks

I have a similar problem but mainly both rear light clusters on my new Sagaris. It takes about 2 days for it to go. The dealer tells me it's a common problem that can't be sorted without cutting them out and re-sealing - one of the joys of being a TVR owner!!!

I have this in my front near side light. Annoying. Would welcome any ideas to prevent it.

I wonder if we concentrate to much on sealing the front lense, i have never done this so I am completely guessing but i wonder if the air and moisture is getting through the back of the light cluster, maybe the back can be sealed better, big rubber boots etc...?.

to say it only happens to one of my fronts lights maybe an indication that a bulb has been replaced etc breaking a seal, I will check this when I eventually get it back...

it is very annoying though

I've re-sealed the front lights on my Sag - the lower edge had a gap of 2-3 mm and I still get condensation so the water is getting in from inside the engine bay.

Has anybody found a fix?

Never had any condensation on my T350 fronts or rears for 2.5 yrs (apart from small amount in sub-zero temps).

Seems likely to me that they would need to be sealed or re-sealed on a day with virtually no moisture in the air, which may have happened with mine.

If its like mine? the actual bulb holder had come unstuck from inside the car, and water and dust was getting in that way, so no matter how good the seal on the lense, you won't cure it unless all bulb holders are totally sealed aswell.

Now you are getting into the "splinters of Fibreglass down the finger nails" region, So if you are going to seal the bulb holders be aware that its no very hand friendly in there.

Mine was actually caused by the bulb access hatch at the back of the lamp in the wheel arch.
