Relays - help required

Going to get some replacements and have a couple of queries with one or two of the relays.
1. Do the engine fan/main beam relays have a diode?
2. The dip beam relay is a double make and break but does it have a diode?
3. Is the courtesy light delay relay a speacila which I need to get from a Ford dealer? Has ref 68125 on it and stamped in red on the side is 6IB517. It is yellow and around 2" long.
4. Is the wash/wipe delay a special? The one I have is 2" long and has a GM ref 90 069 864, and again is around 2" long and black (no funnies here please).
Where can I get the 2 special ones from?
I have sussed the rest so any help much appreciated.

Hi Paul,
you sure the dip light is twin make and break ? The fan and main are just normal ones, if you are stuck !! As for the wipers and light, i got the wiper one from Ford although iam sure motor factors could get both.

Got a wash wipe relay from Doug at Davidgerald. I asked at the local Vauxhall spares counter and they could get me one in 4 days. Doug had one on the shelf and it cost less

I'll have another look tonight David. I'm no expert - just looking at the diagrams in an electrical suppliers catalogue. The diagrams in the catalogue are a little different to some of the ones on the relay.
The diode is a small triangle in teh catalogue but is a rectangle on the relay - is this a different symbol for a diode or something else?

The arrow type is diode but i dont think you get these anymore( not normal single cross over), the rectangular symbol is a resistor, all my relays have these in.

There are 2 rectangles - one is the resistor I guess (with a diagonal stripe) and the other is just a rectangle? Hence, me asking the question. The engine fans, main beam and dipped beam have this additional rectangle.

One will be the coil and the other will be the resistor. Pins 86 positive and 85 neg although it doesnt matter with the resistor type and TVR fuseboxes differ, no really.
