Suspension mice

I seem to have developed an annoying case of suspension mice 
I suspect my propensity for cleaning everything in sight has washed the grease out of the rear pivots. What are they like to regrease? Did Porsche fit nipples in their wisdom or is it a pivots out job?
It only seems to happen on full compression ie. speed bumps etc.
If I have to pull the pivots am I entering a world of pain and spring compressors or is it pretty straightforward to remove the bolts and regrease one at a time?
