I've just received my BT Home Hub thingy, and need a wireless card for my PC (desktop) to fully take advantage of all the features. Can anyone point me in the direction of a reasonable card? I'm not fussed about whether it's PCI or USB, just want to know what is best for good performance and low cost.

I have had one of these for a while - it seems to work very well and was reasonably priced.www.netgear.com/Products/Adapters/GWirelessAdapters/WG311.aspx

Thanks for that!

I stuck the model no. into PC World's site and it threw up a 108MBPS version for only a fiver more. Is it worth it?

That depends, is your home hub 108Mbps?

I have a 802.11G D-Link PCI card hanging around doing nothing at the moment. You are welcome to it if you want.
