This weekend I got my first insult by another driver in a Traffic queue. Now I suppose I should be upset and asking "what's wrong with people" but actually, I felt quite chuffed. Chuffed because I'm in a Griff that's 13 years old and it still procures the remark "you f*cking t*sser". Mind you, he did have a lovely Fiesta.

in these situations I always remind myself, at least I'm a f*ckin t8sser "driving a TVR!" not a shagged out Saxo/fiesta/Nova playing the dumb-f^cker music -you know the track - all together now "dumb-f^cker-dumb-f^cker-dumb-f^cker-dumb-f^cker-dumb-f^cker-dumb-f^cker-dumb-f^cker"

Be serious, the jam would have cleared by the time he finally decided to turn up. I can't even believe he turned up this late with an input.

"f*cking tosser" is a contradiction in terms surely

Not if you've got enough participants.

No, I think it was the fact I had blocked the road to quickly go over the car with a nice cloth.

I had a very similar experience last week when I was broken down on the M25 (In my Renault) cars were passing slowly due to voluum of traffic when the passanger in a max muppet fiesta decided to mouth some obcenity at me. The traffic then halted and he was stopped 6' away from me laugh

I was driving through London on Sunday, stopped at some lights. Some guy on his m/bike was taking a look at the front of the car, nodding and smiling at me, all ok so far. Then 2 guys rode past on cycles and one of them shouted "it's only a TVR mate, they've gone bankrupt!"......speechless......

Did you give him an appropriate bollocking?

He looked away and a bit sheepish. How are you mate, haven't seen you about.

I don't condone violence, but the following made me laugh a lot. I used to share a house with a some fellow students who were into late 80s glam rock (Hanoi Rocks, and all that cock, etc). As a result they tended to go out looking like bondage poodles ... leather, back combed hair dos, cowboy boots. One of them, Rob, was walking to the tube when an XR3i rolled past with the passenger leaning out the window shouting "faggot!" or something to that effect ... just as the traffic lights went red. Rob strolls up to the car window, all smiles, black eye-liner, red gloss lippy and bouffant blond hair. It takes him a fair few seconds to get there as he ain't running. He leans one arm on the roof and bends down to eyeball the passenger and then starts calmly belting the bloke in the face until the driver finally manages to find first and launches off across the lights.
