Hi All,

On fitting new plates to my 94 Chim last week i found the rear lamps are broken (illuminated from behind plate), looks like a Lucus? any ideas of the product number or where i can order new replacements?

Erm, remove one bulb, walk/drive to motor factors, hand over bulb and say 'two of these please', pay 80p and replace..

Hmm. if you weren't so rude in your reply fatboy, you may well have had an answer by now.

I could indeed tell you where you can replace the light covers you mention in your second post- but, as you have so clearly requested my exclusion in your plea, I shall happily desist. good luck

Eh? I could do with some of these too, so was looking forward to the answer. It seemed pretty obvious to me FBC was talking about the holders - you wouldn't post on a forum asking where to get festoon bulbs from. The man's from Essex, you gotta expect a little sarcasm

Mine were broke too - we put in a neon (not chavvy) and it works well the wireing was pretty straight forward and fitting it ok. plus you can actually read the flipping thing at night!
