fit windscreen

Hi all can any one help
I have a 99 chim and a local reputable company is trying to fit me a new windscreen for the last 9 months they just cant get it right,I am onto my third windscreen [not TVR windscreens] but it seams its the seal they cant get right there is a slight gap on the top drivers side which allows wind and ran in.
The windscreen sits on a metal frame does this have to be played with?
I also read on this thread that there is a special glue is this true? and also they seam to have trouble locating the seal the last one took 12 weeks and it came from france and it was wrong.
Can any one help?

You're being given the run around by an (at best) enthusiastic amateur. Proper TVR rubber seal is available from your local TVR dealer. Anyway check this thread and maybe email Glassman for advice?
