TV aviewing would certainly increase. Id love to see a Ferrari overtake an Aguri and if it held them up for one second blast him with the afterburner.

I thought this was refering to regenerative braking / hybrid systems as per the Toyota Prius. Might sound lame to the hardcore PH but its a direction F1 has to move into before green legislation starts to threaten motorsport.

Turbo compound? Pass the exhaust gasses through a turbine geared to the output shaft. It was used on some WW2 era aircraft.
