355 on the A1 last night

On my way home from work I spotted a 355 was coming round the Sterling corner roundabout and headed up to the South Mimms turnoff on the A1.
Complete with passenger and digital camcorder. Anyone from here?

Would like to see the resulting film, as I may be on it!

Ha ha ha ha that was me! We were doing some filming of the car before the tubi goes on. What car were you in?

The vid had to be edited as some bird pulled alongside us for a chat. We were commenting on her ability to model...

I'll put the vid up on my site soon and give you the URL. The car still sounds awesome, but I think it does need to be louder.

Unfortunately not the Griff, just my workhorse Cavalier. Hence I did not catch you up once off the roudabout. You would'nt have seen me.
But it did make me chuckle watching your mate poking the cam over the windscreen. Looked like a viewcam..?

Great noise even without the tubi.

P.s - Are you going to VW next Sunday?

Yeh, its one of those Sony Digicam things. I kept telling the pratt to record behind the car, as that's where the sound is. Also, the bloody wind noise when holding over the front is ridiculous.

He's also very kindly taken the piss out of me on camera when I left him in the street to record.. Mind you, he was the one freezing his balls off, and not really getting the "car sound" thing, I guess he was within his rights to do so.

I'm not going to VW this time. See at another one?
