Anyone here know much about these in the IT world?
We've been prompted to tender for one by our largest client and I do'nt want to mess it up!

I know I can buy an SLA Toolkit for $199 which comes with some good reviews, but the more advice I get, the better my chances!

Thanks folks

Dave

Usually quite specifc to the industry & service being offered
Maybe worth getting a freelance consultant in who specialises in Service
Level Management in your line of business.

Are you aware of ITIL?, industry best practice for IT Service Mgmt.
They have a module dedicated SLA management & I'm sure there must be consultants / practioners out their in the market place who could help.

I know of a company who specialise in ITIL, let me know if you need there
details

Hope this is of some use?

Thanks Flinch,
I'm meeting a chap tonight who's got an ITIL accreditation so I'll pick his brains
