OK, OK, I know TVRs are owned by individualists, and live and let live and all....but this is clearly a sign of the Max-Powering of the Chim...

Nasty. vomit

IMHO, of course.

All that is needed to finish of that classy dashboard is some tasteful neon lights along with a steering wheel that has silver coloured leather on it! Then you could move on to some body mods like those 10 ft high universal spoilers that you see some corsas with. I suppose, some of those 1 litre corsas need the extra downforce. Next mod would be a potato flow exhaust mod

This guy was at Chim fest selling these dashboards, don`t look that bad, better than an old cracked veneer dash.

I had a gleg at the Chimfest and thought it was cool... the quality was high and the modular build lends itself to all sorts of finishes not just the carbon effect offered on ebay. Fair play to the fella for developing something a little different... I thought the siamesed dial apertures were a nice touch and suited TVRs wacky approach pretty well. Think the self-proclaimed 'taste police' are a bit quick to condemn, especially if they haven't seen what the guy is doing for real.

It is my dashboard.

I have developed this dash to show the kind of different stuff ill be making. Someone should tell TVR that Stainless and carbon fibre are a no no! The dash is supposed to be in the current style of the latest TVRs, bringing the Chim out of the ages of wood vaneers etc...

I am a little supprised as ive had such good feedback so far. Thanks to all though that have given thier views, epsecially the good ones ;o)i take it all on board.

My car is the 1995 TVR Motorshow show car - hence the one off exterior colour and the wacky interior colour.

What's wrong with doing something different? At least it doesn't look like a carbon copy of every other Chim out there.

I don't post on here a great deal. Only when I have a comment that may help someone.
I also saw the car at Chim Fest, it looks alot better in the flesh than it does in the pictures on ebay, after all its down to personnel taste and it would be very boring world if all our cars looked the same.
