Would have posted these sooner if I'd have been registered and know that you lot had a photography forum. A guy I know is racing in this years UK Formula Renault and he was kind enough to get a Media Pass for me which was great. It was my first official assignment so I was a tad worried about not getting any great pictures of him racing, but on the whole I was happy

Any CC is welcome And before anyone says anything...yes...les tilt . I don't know what got into me! Haha.

First few are of my mate...the rest just random things from the rest of the day

I've got a whole load more here

Two reasons....it's part of a border and secondly it puts people off linking my images without permission Glad you like though

I got 3 or 4 shots with your mate (55?) in them - just about. A couple are offered here.

Unfortunately, being taken on 35mm film, a line has ended up etched in to the negs as result of the processing and I have not had time to rescan or PS the images - so these are compressed versions of the scans from the processor (Tesco!)

Steering well clear of Pippa Mann - seems like a good idea.

Inside line - not sure if that was for a pass or defending.

A couple of shots of M. Cauchet taking coppice. Very consistent positioning and a series of shots taken there.

My Alvaro Parente images start here ...

Milos Whatshisname escapes over the gravel ...

But Alvaro doesn't.

One of the few drivers in the lesser open wheel formulas to really clip the kerb at Coppice. I don't think he meant to.

Martin Byford having fun in a Clio during the Saturday race

Onslow-Cole staying on a little bit of the tarmac.

Byford catching me out on my framing and going for the 'Highest Inside Wheels at Coppice' trophy.

Start of a sequence of Megane mania. Black and red car top left is starting a moment.

Off he goes on the inside at Redgate. He was probably attacked by 33.

Not realising he has a rear wheel hanging off he restarts it, finds a gear and heads back to the track ...

... to end up beached on the kerb.

Causing a short period of chaos under the safety car.

Things were close right down the Megane field.

Sometimes too close. Redgate on Sunday.

Coppice on Saturday.

Fast Food?

A novel sighting device or a movable Aero object?

Some more great pictures there mate Thanks for posting those ones up of my mate. I'll forward them on to him if that's ok? It's his first year this year and they set up a new team to do it so he's having to start from a clean sheet which is pretty hard. Pippa Mann has been testing World Formulas this week apparently. Nat Chittenden, the other girl on the grid, is Alexs team mate. She's very pretty

Was a great day I have to say. Reminds me of the SEAT Cupra Championship events in their first year. Always used to have loads of races on then.

Feel free to pass them on. I'm afraid the others show less of him than the ones posted.

Pippa Mann was also driving in the Euro 2.0ltr round as you probably know.

Has your mate considered a sex change? Seems that middle of the grid on a good day translates into commercial opportunities if you are female. Mind you her garage was quite professionally presented.
