Can anyone recommend a rolling road tuner, somewhere not too far from Ashby de la Zouch (Derby, Loughborough, Leicester ?)

what power does it need to go up to? Colin Blower have one but isn't (or wasn't last time I was there) a high power one.

It's only for the westie, so not very high at all (140ish).
