Any tips to get the best out of zymol.
Discussion
Preparation and planning.
You need to ensure that the surface which you are waxing is spot on, so spend time with the clay bar and the HD Cleanse making sure that the surface that you are about to seal is as good as it can possibly be.
Also, make sure that you warm the zymol properly so it goes on smooth, and that you do a couple of coats with a proper delay between them to allow it to cure.
Also, think of yourself, so dont expect to do the whole thing in one sitting without tea and biccies.

Just completed a 2 day detail on a heavily modified 996 GT3 with Z***l Conc***s.
Removed swirls with Porter Cable and then onto HD-Cl***se and wax.
My advice is to spend as much time as possible preparing the surface and really use the HDC to create the right bonding surface for the wax. I leave the wax in the sun and then warm a small amount in my hands then apply.
I don't find trying to apply more than one layer helps. A second application partially removes the first. You can do what they call Spit Wax, which is fine spray a Quick Detailer between layers, but I believe it doesn't apply to a wax as good as one from Z***l.
Remember, once initially buffed off, leave an hour and go back and do a final buff. This really finishes the job.

I am absolutely knackered, but the owner went home happy.

You can pay for entry into the accredited Detailer scheme, but it is expensive and there a annual fee.
Its all in the prep, the Zymol end is the easy part so get a good detailer round to do your car and spend all day learning.

I think its more than just a case of paying for entry into the detailer scheme. There is a lot of criteria which needs to be met and only a very select few are picked.
