Whats this stuff I keep hearing on the radio about emissions testing?

hehe I bet 2500 isn't half the maximum revs of the XTR2

It's almost a ¼ hehe

Ministry for the Prevention of the Private Car said:
"Keeping their vehicles well maintained is one of the steps that vehicle owners can do to ensure they lower their CO2 emissions and ensure that emissions of other harmful substances are also reduced."


I'm surprised they didn't say that keeping a car in the garage, rather than on the road, was a good way to reduce emissions.

So they want less CO2. Does that mean they are encouraging incomplete combustion?
