Picked my first ever TVR up Thurs in Yorkshire. Sun is shining remove roof start off for home 40 miles later pull off the motorway for petrol
car will not start,so glad station is quiet
let it cool down 30 mins fired up,off I go again
reach Carlisle stop for coffee,car cuts out and wont turn over again
prepare to wait for it to cool down. Three guys offer to bump start car
off we go again, reach Glasgow pull in for petrol keep engine running
get some weird looks, 100 miles later arrive home switch off car feel exhausted,young son comes out and asks for run in car, will not turn over,
make excuse and go in house 40 mins later take him for run frighten half the neighbours showing off. I AM GOING TO LOVE THIS CAR.

Welcome to the fold mate.
before you start investing in new starter motors, it sounds suspiciously like the "hot start problem" that seems to affect many cars (not mine yet fortunately!)
Do a search on this forum, i'm sure you'll find some useful advice.
