Kensignton Locks
Discussion
I know they aren't that effective, but insurnace states I use one.
The problem is that nobody on the high street seems to have them in stock at the moment.
i'll try dabs, ebuyer etc
anybody got any reccomendations for type or stores for that matter (bit out of the loop for good component placs on the new since i went mac)

Does it have to be an actual Kensington lock? Hill components (www.hillscomponents.com) have reasonably good alternatives... I think they call them "notebook locks".
They look nearly identical and do the same job.

thanks - but trade only - the policy is not specific about the brand so anything simialr would do, as long as it uses the k-lock slot rather than say bolting over a vga port.
Ah... sorry about that!
Try the nice people at Loxit - www.loxit.com/claptop.htm#notebook - I'm sure they'll take credit cards.
