What is happening this Sunday? I remember reading about perhaps tagging along with the VW meet.

Don't think i'll be able to make VW, or Harpenden as the missus is working again, but if a Downs photo thingy is going to happen, i'll be there for that. Any ideas on the forecast for the weekend anyone?

Can't wait to join you all in the tiv once it's finished - getting there now, only a few months to go!

I had quite a few replies to the VW suggestion when I posted it on the e-group - all wanted to go to VW. So I suggest we do it.

South Mimms at 10.30? Or see you there at about 11.30.

There are about three of us meeting at Watford Gap services on Sunday morning 2x T350's and a Chimaera. If anyone else fancies meeting further down the M1 -say Toddington services- then let me know and we will try to rendevous.....

I'll be there - so a convoy then from Mid Beds?

I recommend getting there before the masses show up at VW as there were queues and the car park machine filled up with cash and stopped working so people couldn't get in for a while.

Perhaps we should meet at Shefford and then head down to South Mimms?

I'll definitely make an effort to get over with the camera for that mini convoy then, it's before herself goes to work, and i'm only 10 minutes away! Can let me know what sort of time you're meeting at Toddington, i'll get to a bridge nearby with the video camera.

If nothing else it'll be amusing so see everyone else on the motorway slam the anchors on as they go past, freeing up a bit of road for you!!

10.00 suits me. I'll mail my mobi number to you in case of any last minute changes and also drop Rich (R&J) a line to see if they're around.
Flasher - let us know if 10.00 is any good for you guys. Would be good to cruise down on mass if the timings fit with everyone (and I wanna see them 350's!!).

Just had a quick look at streetmap.co.uk, and there are numerous footbridges to the south of Toddington. I'll be able to confirm in a couple of days that i'll definitely be there, but assuming it's all on, i'll have a scout around on saturday for a good place, but would appreciate a call from someone on Sunday from the services as the convoy leaves, just to make sure I don't miss you all!

Going to be quite a sight, especially as the M1 should be quietish on Sunday morning!
