My Chimeara is fitted with 16" Spider alloys.
The tyres are (front) 225/45x16 and (rear) 245/45x16.

Can anyone advise on the correct pressures for everyday use, and pressures for high speed / trackdays please?

silly Doh! Sorry, had a mental burnout, I meant S-02.
Do you know what the pressures are anyway?

At least I know I've made it, Steve Heath has contacted me! I'm not worthy! bow

You've still got SO2's !! blimey. I'd go for 24 psi all round to start with and adjust up by 1 or 2 at the front if required.
Cheers,
Matt.

There's a big difference between 'SO2' and 'SO2 pole position'. I believe SO2 are a stiffer wall and harder compound than the pp version. These SO2's are Porsche rear tyres designed for heavy rear end cars.
