OPC Bolton - superb start guys!

We read a lot of bad dealer press here (most of it deserved too) - so to redress the balance a little - I have been dealing with new Bolton OPC for the past week or so and have to say that it's been the best ever dealer experience I've had - so much so I can't fault the guys I dealt with.
From day one on the phone they were honest, down to earth and nothing but helpful when I wanted to test drive some cars.
Got what seems like a good deal, a beautifully prepared (and covered) car delivered in absolute first class condition, full of fuel, with some thoughtful gifts - nothing has been too much trouble for these chaps.
So - if you're in the market for a new or used car I can strongly recommend the new OPC in Bolton...
....and that's coming from one of the most dealer-cynical PH'ers you'll ever meet!
Thanks all at Bolton - Peter, Craig, Tom and the team (oh - good to meet Albert in the parts dept too!). I hope it's more than just the fact that they're new to the Porsche scene - hopefully it's a sign of things to come and they'll keep up the superb service.

These people just repaired my squealing windscreen and charged me a cup of coffee and a handshake.
More impressive was their attitude and follow up call to ensure I was still safe from the ravages of socialism.
Hugely impressive showroom and service bay.

4sure - are you talking bout PC Kendal? Dissinterested how? Has anyone else had dealings with the Kendal OPC?
I rang OPC Kendal to arrange the 997 exhaust tip recall.I had the standard tips and wanted the polished ones fitting and asked if I could pay for the polished ones myself and have them fitted instead of the standard ones.The person I spoke to sounded disinterested and said it wasnt possible to do it that way so I called OPC Wilmslow and they did what I wanted no problem and even gave me the new normal tips which should have been fitted to keep as spares.OPC Bolton is now the nearest and most conveinient dealer to me so thats who I'll be using in future as long as they look after me.
