After five or so years of Tivving, I'm changing Marque. Not an easy choice, but what TVR could posibly replace the Cerb? We are still going to keep a link with TVR, the folks associated with the cars are the salt of the earth - the nicest hooligans I know!

Noble! Seems like a hoot, makes a noise, drop dead georgeous and goes like Greased Stink.
I have looked around and would have liked a Aston, but for the money, we'd end up with a 10 yr old model, or alternatively something more main stream like a M3 or Porker, stonking cars, but missing the VaVaVoom. I wouldn't have missed out on my time with my Cerb, so many smiles - worth every penny.
O & I'm gonna put my Plate on the Noble

I dare say the noble would whoop a Cerb round a track, but do you really think its drop dead georgeous? For me its a bit ford escort meets fin and wing man.
How about the marcos?

I went to visit the factory last year (as my parents live just 5 miles from it) and found one out on a post-service blat as it turned out. I thought I'd have it under acceleration, but boy I was wrong.

The Looks may not be as Awsome as a Cerb, but it floats my boat, the long low lines & that F8ck Off Spoiler makes it a spoiler with a wheel on each corner. The Handling too (from my limited experience) just makes it an easy car to drive. As Tripps says, the 0-60 time is Lotus esq, with the 0-100 being TVR Quick.
As for the Plate Paul - I'd have no Pistonheads Tag if I sold that

I'd be interested to know what you think of the interior. Having been around Tiv's for 12 years now I reckon the Cerbera is just about the pinnacle of the organic swoopy leather interiors that started with the Griff, the Noble on the other hand looks a bit like a Demon Tweaks parts bin jobbie, a bit race-car like but the opposite of the Cerbera. Outside shapes are always a matter taste and I can see why the Noble appeals in a sort of Lotus Esprit kind of way but to me, at least, inside just doesn't feel special in the way the TVRs always do... interested in you thoughts. I make you right there Rich, it is the pinnacle & nothing TVR do at the moment measures up to it. I think the Noble ends up with function over form & I suppose I am lucky in that 1 of the other cars I now get to drive regularly is a BMW330C, so the comfort level of the Cerb is met with that car. The Noble will be taking on the Wow Factor and permagrin that stretching the Cerb gave me. K1 CERB
