MPEG4 file stitching

Does anyone know of a simple application for joining MPEG4 files. I have ULEAD VideoStudio10 which is a very comprehensive editing program, however it is very complicated for just glueing together the files I get of my video camera card. There are many situations when I may end up with 4 or 5 clips which I just want to do a simple merge on.

Have you tried Windows Movie Maker - it's on Windows XP as standard. It does most things I want to do! Saves files as WMV's though, I think this is a good thing for what I do, but may not be your format of choice.

Windows movie maker is no good to me, I want to stitch and keep files in the MPEG4 format, WMM only works if you want to save in a microsoft format.
