clutch fluid

Can someone tell me where the clutch fluid reservoir is and if it is the same as the brake fluid reservoir

It's under the round cover and no it's not the same.

Take the top 'beauty cover' off first, you will then see a round cover (as Steve said) it's held on with 2 screws and mastic, remove this, its under there.
Funily enough i'm just checking my fluid, if you want me to post a couple of pics let me know.

Does it leak water from here? Is it not far enough away from the rain?

What do you all use to re-seal it? silicone / seam sealer / mastic / other ?

Yes it will leak ! I use Black Silicone Roof and Guttter Sealant from B&Q, I think it's made by Evo Stick, make sure you ret the silicone one though.

mine is not sealed. It is kept in a garage tho, but its also a daily driver.
I was thinking of just putting a beed of mastic around the outside of the cover. That way it'll deflect any water and still give easy access for checking levels.
