Just come back from the pub (a promising start)

Bloke in Pub says he's close to a source at Noble and gives me quite a few details of the "New 4 litre Noble". I don't want to start the rumour mill unnecessarily, but the bloke was confident enough to wager a grand on the existence of this car. Is this idle nonsense, or is there some truth behind it?

Of course, the other thing it could be is 4litre per km petrol consumption.
