Good to see another manufacturer getting involved in this class at last, but there's just something lacking compared to Group C... perhaps I'm just looking back through rose tinted specs.

It looks stunning but I can't help thinking that diesel race cars is a red herring. For a start being quiet enough to be able to get to sleep at Le Mans is not a priority.

Bioethanol, regenerative energy devices etc are far more useful IMHO
