Hi

Need to have the 24k service very soon.

How much has anyone paid for this service?

Just so I can cry now and not in front of the service manager when they present the bill.

Have lots of other things to do on the car, but all will be done at their cost.

I think the 12,000 is somewhere around the 300 mark and that can go up to 650 for a 24K and 48k service!!! better start saving!

£35 per hour plus parts, plus VAT. Generally bank on around 5 hours including brake service, the parts required are:
Oil filter £10.20
Air filter £13.80
Sump plug seal £0.25
Spark plugs £5.46 ea (x 6)
Pollen filter £15.64

At 48,000 miles, add in another hour or so plus:
Fuel filter £17.02
Poly drive belt £15.64

OK?

Just had my 24000 serice today (actually only doen 17000, but due timewise.) ..it was a major service..
total cost was £560. not bad considering my passat had a minor service last week and that cost 230!!!

needed new front pads so that cost an extra 280, but overall I have been very happy with the dealer I have been using (Colchester BTW), and Ive treid a few.

Raks...that is why the Porsche dealers are so nice to customers.

I agree it does seem a little steep as it shouldn't take longer than 1/2 an hour at most, even if you have trouble getting the new ones out of their packaging.

Front pads £75 + VAT, discs £92 each. Asuming that you also had discs, the price is reasonable. If you didn't, I hope the coffee and receptionist were worth it!
