1144 has been my favourite pad choice for years in all sorts of cars, from classic Mini racers through to my dearly departed Chimaera 450 sprint car.

Does anyone know either the part number for or what to ask for (assuming the pad shape is identical to a mainstream car pad) for Mintexx 1144 for the Tuscan 2 ?

(I don't have access to the car to draw around the pad)

Cheers

I think Joolz at Trackcar is a big Mintex fan and can probably sort you out.

It's the same pad as a Morgan Aero 8 or REnault Clio v6.

thanks for the tips guys, I'll give Joolz a try and Tim at ACT.

EBC Red were disasterous last time we used them (which matched my previous experience with EBC Green)

cheers

I'm with Den on his dislike of the EBC pads, it was my car we tried them in and after a track day at the Brands GP circuit I had no brakes on the way home but the pads had hardly worn. When taken out they were found to be full of cracks and crumbling around the edges so look out if you try the EBC red pads. Anyone know who makes the calipers fitted to the Tuscan 2?
