The PPP is very expensive, and to be honest, a bit shite.

Find a good tuner and get an exhaust and Ecutek done, its the same remap, only done properly

I've joined this one a bit late, but for what its worth....

I've had my '04 WRX PPP for 2 years now, and have found it to be an extremely well rounded package, with power delivery well suited to everyday driving on UK roads (just as Prodrive intended) - in particular, the improved torque at the bottom end provides it with a useful boost in its overtaking ability.
It is possible to get more power for less money elsewhere, but is saving a few hundred quid really worth invalidating your warranty? Considering mine destroyed its gearbox after 15 months (40,000 miles) I'd say not!!

I have driven a standard WRX and WRX STI(UK)(both '06 2.5L vintage)- harder than any sane person would drive their own car - back to back at a proving ground, and can say that my 2.0l PPP feels as powerful as the STI, and is in a different league altogether to the standard WRX.

Get it fitted!!
