Overheard a conversation at the Dealers about a new Sagaris coming out in the next few weeks.

Any body have any more details?

Seen it last week, is the motorshow car, only different wheels and they have the gauzes fitted around the rear facing exhausts.New seats Hinged bonnet, new wipers and washer jets are now fixed and not on the wiper arms. Its silver and has been trucking up and down to London.
Incidentally there is a gorgeous T350T in the factory waiting to go out with Lamborghini orange body work and Carbon black leather - any one on here ordered it?

I have a Sagaris in that scheme due sometime between the end of this month and December - am glad the colours work!

That's a 5B Chassis car, an 05 specification from the days of Chiswick!

A "new" Sagaris is a little bit of a misnomer, the thing has been in more or less constant revision since it was first built. There are different exhausts on various cars, different suspension set ups...RPA can testify to the radically different feeling between the sportier set ups and softer set ups, differing standard gear ratios on different cars outside of the CR box option, there are no head bump cars, 1 head bump cars and even a dbl bubble Sagaris out there. We have had 3 changes of seat from the 350 to the Tuscan and now the Sparcos, 2 bonnet design changes, from the flimsy flappy bugger to the stiffer design and now the one piece clamshell. Before the latest round of these seat and bonnet changes we had changes to interior and standard specs and prices completely unrelated to any mechanical changes of spec. The European cars have had rear end exiting pipes, side exiting pipes, smooth roofs and 1 bubble roofs...I dont know if there have been dbl bubble lhd roofed cars. For the lhd market I know there was a "standard" exhaust spec and a "sports" exhaust spec based around the noise levels to bypass the legislation.

I saw this car parked outside the factory one day last week. It was reversed into a space so I couldn't see the back of it.

There were a few people standing around it, I didn't have a camera with me so couldn't get a picture. It somehow looked cleaner looking if you know what I mean.

Here you are chaps:

The Tuscan convertible that was on Top Gear was parked right next to it. I have a few other pics as well, but don't reckon there worth posting.

The 'old' model for comparison. Looks so much better with the side exit exhausts.

Those new rear facing pipes look terrible.

Almost like they couldn't afford to reshape the rear bodywork.
